Cuplock standards, also known as verticals, are the main load-bearing components in the Cuplock scaffolding system. They feature lower fixed cups at half-meter intervals and rotating top cups to securely hold up to four components in place. Available with or without spigots, these verticals offer flexibility in assembly. Those without spigots are lighter, while spigot-ended verticals provide easy vertical extension. Manufactured from 48 mm OD MS round pipes with cup joints welded at 500 mm intervals, they are built for strength and durability. The top cups are made from malleable casting to withstand rough site conditions, while bottom cups are pressed from high-quality steel for long-lasting performance.
